My online store ships to most countries worldwide at an affordable flat rate, so you can add as many items to maximise your shipping. If unsure of shipping to your area, you can email me at hello@jangandfoxstudio.com to check before ordering.

Shipping Duration
- SINGAPORE: 2-4 working days
- INTERNATIONAL (TRACKED): 2-4 working weeks
- INTERNATIONAL (SNAIL MAIL, UNTRACKED): 3-6 working weeks
For Singapore orders, your parcel will be sent via courier to your doorstep. Small packages may be sent via Smartpac letterbox delivery and the tracking number will start with SM or PP.
For International orders, your parcel or letter will be shipped and forwarded to your domestic postal service when it reaches your country. Please understand that this is the best gauge and does not account for any unexpected delivery or custom delay.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment email with a tracking number so that you can track when it has arrived in your country. It may take a couple of days for the tracking details to be reflected.
For international parcels, don't worry if the tracking status does not show an update for the first 7 working days. This is because for some countries, your domestic postal service will update the tracking status after the item has cleared the customs.
Some items may also be shipped to you separately and you will receive your tracking number in separate emails.
Custom & Sales Tax
For all international shipping, you are responsible for any custom, import and sales tax that may apply to your order. Be sure to check the tax requirements for your country.
Currency
You can make payment in either USD or SGD. Simply change the currency from the menu to see the product prices in your preferred currency.
Refund & Exchange
All items are packed as best as they can so that they can reach you safely. Should the item be lost on the way to you and you have provided us the right address, I will process a refund or a re-delivery to you! Should there be any damage of the item, you can email me a photo of it within 5 days upon receipt. A replacement will be on its way!
